took leave and went to the polyclinic today to get my referral letter~ yar.. same thing again, got to wait for the appointment.. different doctor say different thing.. so yar.. now jus got to wait lor.

went to help out at madam yap shelter last sunday tgt with michelle, her shen shen and michelle's friend. her friend took some pics from the shelter here it is..

hehe~ will head down to the shelter again when i free =)
